Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing our clients with a satisfying service and experience. If you have any questions, please contact us via email, phone and online service. We offer a 30-day return or exchange on receipt of parts (replacement parts only).

 

If your order arrives, you may return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days under these situations below:

  • Not Exactly What You Want
  • Not Satisfied With The Order
  • Incorrect Parts
  • Damaged Parts

When the product is returned to us, we will check it to ensure that it is in unused condition and that there is no damage. Returns or exchange may take up to 5 business days to process from the time we receive the returned product.

If your order has not been received yet and you would like to apply return, please notice these situations at below:

1.If we have shipped the order within 72 hours of placing it and sent the logistics tracking number to the customer via email. When you request a refund in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, both for delivery to you and for returning it to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), and we will make a partial refund after deducting the shipping costs from the order total.

2.If we do not ship your order within 72 hours of placing it as our shipping policy promised, we will refund you the full amount regardless of whether the goods are already in transit

Return or Exchange Process
  • Contact us regarding your order and request by online service or email. Please note that it is better to directly send us your order number, your name, invoice number, and details about the return or exchange for quick confirmation.
  • We will send you the return address after the confirmation, and then wait for the return.
  • After receiving the return and confirming that there is no problem, we will resend the order or make a refund.
  • Reshipped orders will be sent out within 72 hours (business days) of confirmation. If a refund is required, the refund will be issued within 5 business days of our confirmation, and normally you will receive the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorization.
  • Any refund will be paid within 5 business days after the refund is agreed with the same payment terms as the original order.
  • Items must be shipped back to us prepaid, and all items should be back in unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
  • If returns or exchanges are due to our error, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. However, if for your personal reasons, such as if you purchased the wrong parts, you will be responsible for shipping costs, both shipped to you and returned to us (twice the order shipping cost), and will be deducted from the order payment.
